Admitting Clerk
POSITION SUMMARY:

Health Information Management Clerk
POSITION SUMMARY:
Answers phone, release of information, completes birth certificates, sort/deliver mail, and other clerical activities.

High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Should be detail oriented and able to type/use computer. Experience with patient records and confidentiality.

Payment Processing Specialist
POSITION SUMMARY:
Assists patients in the settlement of their accounts; receives and processes accounts receivable checks and other related mail; receives and processes petty cash; prepares daily cash report and balances cash on hand; maintains current third party logs as required via remittance entry on computer; reconciles remittance balances.

Surgical Services Scheduler
POSITION SUMMARY:

POSITION SUMMARY:
Reports to the Business Office Manager. Reviews patient account claims throught the billing editor; ensures their accuracy and completeness; determines appropriate billing distributions, corrects and refiles rejected claims; receives and answers billing-related inquiries; and assists in the preparation of billing reports.

Clinical
Anesthesia Technician
POSITION SUMMARY:
Assists the anesthesiologist and nurse anesthetist by preparing and setting up equipment and supplies for each surgical case. Also supports the operating room team with positioning patients, setting up equipment, preparation/turnover of surgical suites and maintaining a sterile field for setup and retracting, as needed.

Certified Nursing Assistant
POSITION SUMMARY:

Emergency Department Technician
POSITION SUMMARY:
Assists in the planning, organizing, implementing and evaluating the activities occurring in the nursing station by performing clerical and receptionist duties and maintaining the physical environment of the area. Observes monitor patterns of patients on telemetry, reports and post cardiac patterns as designated by policy and procedure.

Laboratory Assistant
POSITION SUMMARY:
Under the supervision of Laboratory Supervisor, performs all phlebotomy procedure to include blood cultures and bleeding time tests. May perform various other procedures such as typing, filing, answering the telephone, cleaning counters/equipment/etc., and may be utilized as a backup histology technician is required.

Patient Care Technician
POSITION SUMMARY:

Social Worker
POSITION SUMMARY:
Determine the medical necessity of all admissions and the need for continued stay. Monitor for inappropriate or untimely clinical services and patient’s progress on the established clinical paths. Develop an appropriate discharge plan for those patients identified as likely to require some form of continuing care. Consults with the Physician Advisor; addresses documentation issues to assure continuity of quality care rendered to all patients and to meet all Regulatory Agency Requirements.

POSITION SUMMARY:

Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant
POSITION SUMMARY:

Diagnostic Medical Sonographer
POSITION SUMMARY:

Physical Therapist
POSITION SUMMARY:

Radiology Technologist/ CT
POSITION SUMMARY:
Meets all certifications and aspects of the job description for Radiology Technologist. Coordinates and performs diagnostic CT exams.
EDUCATION /EXPERIENCE:
Successful completions of in-house cross training and appropriate competencies. Working knowledge of CT examinations. Thorough knowledge of the indications, contraindications and use of ionic and non-ionic contrast materials as utilized in CT. Continuous participation in appropriate education efforts to maintain and upgrade skills in CT.
LICENSES/CERTIFICATIONS:
Preferably passed the CT registry offered by the ARRT.
Registered Polysomnographic Technologist
POSITION SUMMARY:
Under the general supervision of the medical director (MD, PhD, DO) or designee to provide comprehensive evaluation and treatment of sleep disorders. This may include polysomnography, diagnostic and therapeutic services or patient care and education. Can perform the duties defined for a Sleep Technician and may provide oversight of other staff.
EDUCATION/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
Must have High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Successful completion of an accredited educational program leading to an Associate's Degree with an emphasis in polysomnography. Or, successful completion of a polysomnography program associated with a state licensed and/or a nationally accredited educational facility or equivalent experience and documented proficiency al all compentencies required of a Sleep Technician.

Registered Respiratory Therapist
POSITION SUMMARY:
Under the supervision of the Director or Clinical Coordinator, and upon physician request, sets up and operates various types of respiratory care equipment to be used in the diagnosis and treatment of respiratory disease or illness.
EDUCATION/ SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
Graduate of an AMA approved school/program for the study of respiratory therapy.

Director of Environmental Services
POSITION SUMMARY:
Plans, assigns, directs and supervises housekeeping, floor care and environmental services activities within the facility to ensure a clean, safe and orderly environment.
EDUCATION/ SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
Completed four (4) years of high school, supplemented with three to five years housekeeping experience preferably in a health care setting or an acceptable equivalent combination of education and experience. Knowledge of patient care, sanitation practices, and infection control measures is a must. Two years of supervisory experience required.

Enviromental Services Technician
POSITION SUMMARY:
Reports to the Director and Supervisor of Environmental Services with functional accountability to nursing supervision for patient rooms. Cleans and maintains an assigned area of the hospital/nursing home in a sanitary, orderly, and attractive condition.
EDUCATION/ SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:
