Highlands Medical Center and the Tennessee Valley Pain Consultants have partnered to give Scottsboro the most experienced pain specialist in the region. We focus on the medical and interventional treatment of acute and chronic pain of various origins. We are a fully integrated, comprehensive pain management clinic with state-of-the-art equipment available in our facility. Our professional and experienced certified healthcare specialists attend to patients in a compassionate, low-stress environment and take a multidisciplinary approach to treating patients.
We provide medical and interventional treatment of acute and chronic pain with a whole-body health focus. Led by Ronald Collins, MD, DAAPM, we offer nonsurgical treatment of persistent back and neck pain, pre and post-surgical pain, musculoskeletal and complex nerve pain, in addition to treating pain associated with shingles and cancer. Dr. Collins is double board-certified (DABA, DAAPM) in Anesthesiology and Pain Management will ensure you will receive the most experienced care.
Every patient will receive a customized care plan for their specific need, with a focus on long-term wellness and lasting pain relief. To ensure that our patients receive the best possible care, we work with a wide variety of specialists, including neurologists, psychologists, orthopedic and spine surgeons, physiatrists, pain psychologists, and psychiatrists.
